We want to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you'll find all the details about how we handle shipping at Aussential.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 18:00 (AEST), Monday to Saturday, are processed promptly. Orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare and pack your items.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days.
Total delivery time: 5–8 business days (Processing + Transit).

Shipping Cost & Area

We currently offer free shipping in Australia only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and your package is returned to us, we’ll reach out to confirm the correct details. Additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to get your order out on time, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, postal service disruptions, or high order volumes during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding if this occurs.

Change of Shipping Address

Need to update your address after placing your order? No problem, just contact us within a few hours of placing the order. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll update it for you. Once it’s shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to make any changes.
