Return & Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and how the process works.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item
Returns are handled by mail. If your item is eligible, you can download and print a return label after contacting our support team.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer’s Responsibility: If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you'll need to cover the return shipping cost.
  • Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll take care of the return shipping at no cost to you.

Restocking Fees
We never charge restocking fees. All accepted returns are restocked for free.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, simply return your original purchase (if eligible), and then place a new order for the one you want.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
